Above is the Behind the Scenes footage shot and edited by Lorenzo Escalante courtesy of Oh Dang! Magazine for my upcoming music video “No Baking Soda Allowed” off of my latest album “Open 24 Hours”.

The video is directed by mastermind Josh “F/22″ Couto and shot by Drew Dorsey. Probably one of the messiest video shoots of all time… The video was conceptualized a day and a half prior to the shoot, and shot all in about 8 hours. It was a guerilla style shoot that ended up working out perfect.

Thanks to all the friends, crew, and women that came through to help out with the shoot.

The best thing about them may have to be the origin of their name. I’m taking this from their site allowing them to explain for themselves.

The Los Angeles fam over at Bad Beat recently dropped this mixtape of various beats and productions from producers residing in LA, SF, NY and more. You’ll also find a couple unreleased Alexander Spit instrumentals in the mix. The beat heavy compilation was mixed by the mastermind of Bad Beat’s own Bobby Evans.

Due to the success of my first single “Beat For the Street” and it’s music video directed by Matt Hobbs, next week, 11.3.09, I’ll be releasing the “Beat For the Street Remixes” for FREE Digital Download on this site. The album will feature over 10 remixes as well as my own commentary on each producer’s work. It features production from some of my favorite producers in Cali such as Nima Fadavi, Sir Tipp, Cee Rock, and many more. Consider it a little bit of a FREE present to make up for the lack of shows and new music.
